Boldet provides a cloud-based platform for integrating and managing ZKTeco and IoT devices. These Terms govern your access and use of the Boldet service.

You must be at least 18 years old or authorized by your organization.
You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use Boldet for any illegal or abusive purpose.
Do not attempt to access or disrupt other users’ data.
Do not exploit vulnerabilities or reverse engineer our services.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, if applicable, are billed via secure third-party payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, content, and design elements remain the property of Boldet Technologies. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Boldet is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Boldet is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may terminate your account at any time.

8. Governing Law

We comply with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data.
